Q. When will my order ship?
A. Processing times are as followed: One to ten business days for wraps, sublimation prints and pen wraps. One to 14 business days for everything else excluding snow globe tumblers which take up to 3 to 5 weeks. Please note business days do not include the day you ordered, weekends or holidays.
Q. Can I sell finished products with your wraps and prints?
A; Yes you can! That is why we sell products like wraps and blank cups so you can sell amazing products.
Q. What are business days?
A. They are Monday through Friday. It does NOT include the day you ordered.
Q. It shows the item is in stock, does that mean it’s ready to ship?
A. No - the only items that are ready to ship are those under the ready to ship section. We have to keep inventory for our purposes.
Q. What if my tracking doesn't update?
A. If your tracking doesn't update within 21 day business days and you provide a claim number, we will send you out a new order.
Q. Can I combine orders?
A. We do not combine orders due to our high volume of orders. If you place separate orders, they will be shipped individually.
Q. What if there is an error with my order?
A. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix the error.
Q. What's your cancellation policy?
A. You have 24 hours after an order has been placed to cancel your order. Once 24 hours has passed, we are not able to cancel your order as we have begun to process your order. During a sale we do not cancel or refund any orders.
Q. My order shows delivered but I don't have it. What do I do?
A. You will need to contact your local USPS. We do not have any other information then what you see on your tracking.
Q. What is your "warranty" on your vinyl?
A. If something has happened to the vinyl on your cup, we will replace as long as the order has been placed in the last two months. We rarely run into issues with our vinyl however.
Q. What happens if my order gets lost or doesn't show up?
A. If you have tracking on your order, we will do everything we can to help locate your order or replace your order.
Q. What happens if my order is sent back to you?
A. If an order is sent back to us, we will refund the order minus the shipping as it's not error for it being sent back.
